Refund Policy


You may return all unopened merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you receive your mattress at home and it is not what you expected, do not open the box. You just ship the unopened product back to us and we will issue a full refund for your purchase.

Rest assured that all mattresses come with the original manufacturer warranty. So, any problems related to a defect can be handled through the warranty. We will be glad to assist you with any warranty concerns.

We will only issue the full refund for an unopened item.


90 Night Comfort Guarantee

90-Day Comfort Guarantee only apply to mattresses on Any other product is not covered under Comfort Guarantee.

During the 90-Day Comfort Guarantee, if you have opened up the product and feel that you are not getting the comfortable sleep, we will simply exchange it for a different mattress of equal or lessor value, or you may upgrade to a more expensive mattress and pay the difference.

Each customer is eligible for one (1) 90-Day Comfort Guarantee claim (from the date of purchase) for their first order placed on Only first order placed on with a maximum of one (1) mattress is eligible for the Comfort Guarantee. Any orders placed using the same credit card, PayPal account, email address, billing address or shipping address will be considered as being placed by the same customer. If you are not certain that your order qualifies for our 90-Day Comfort Guarantee, contact Prime’s Customer Service team, who will determine your order’s eligibility. Once a customer has made a return within their 90-Day trial, they are not eligible for another trial. The 90-Day Comfort Guarantee is non-transferable, and any returns require proof of purchase.

No exchanges can be made within the first 15 days of delivery. This allows enough time for your body to adjust to your new mattress. Exchanged product must be in new and unstained condition along with all product literature, original packaging materials and blank warranty cards.

Mattress Disposal Fee: There is a $95 mattress disposal fee. We will arrange a pickup for the old mattress from your location and dispose it.

Shipping Fee: Shipping fee of $65 will be charged for the newly exchanged mattress.

Both Mattress Disposal Fee and newly exchanged mattress’s Shipping fee must be paid in advance when making the Comfort Guarantee claim.
